A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, April 25, 2017 at 12: 00 pm at Indiana Funeral Care; Harry W. Moore Chapel located at 8151 Allisonville Rd., Indianapolis, Indiana 46250. Friends may visit with the family from 9:30 am until the 12:00 pm service time.
Jeff Klivansky passed away in his home on April 20, 2017. Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 32 years, Denise, his son Jacob, his daughter Jordan, his mother Edwina West, his father Jere Klivansky, sister Beth, brothers Ebby, Mikel and Beau and many other loved ones. He was preceded in death by his sister Renee. Jeff was a proud family man who spoke often and affectionately of his wife and children. He will be remembered as knowing no strangers and whose heart and home were always open.

A very special thank you to all who have generously given in so many ways providing comfort and support to the family during this difficult time. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Jeff’s memory. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
